I came across this simple but stunning article “19 Tiny Habits That Lead to Huge Results.”  Most of these suggestions are the things that we forget are important to do in order to balance ourselves and take stock of our progress.  These tips might represent a gentle reminder for some and a major undertaking for others.  However, this piece certainly lives up to its title.  Contained within are simple actions that collectively can make a huge difference.
